Our annual double appraisal scheme for our employees was, and still is, often viewed as unconventional. However, the approach has helped us with remarkable results, ensuring a retention rate of 92%, fostering better relationships, and creating a happier workplace. This highlights the effectiveness of bi-annual appraisals with frequent recognition and growth opportunities, which boosts employee morale and satisfaction, ultimately driving greater productivity and a positive organizational culture.
Empowering Women: Policies with Perk!
As HR actively ensured to narrow the widening gender gap in corporate settings, we introduced progressive, women-friendly policies aimed at fostering convenience and inclusivity to enhance female representation. This includes menstrual, and maternity leaves, with adherence to women’s safety norms to make a safe and secure second home for the female staff. Also, for women relocated elsewhere after marriage, we managed to accommodate an effective virtual communication channel. It includes instant messaging, online meetings, and conference calls to enhance productivity during flexible work hours.
Fostering Flexible Workplace
To make Xapads a better place for employees, we focus on promoting a healthy work-life balance with the adoption of a “no question asked leave” policy. This way, employees can utilize their leaves, restricted holidays, celebration leave, and paternity leave with ease as all these can easily be accessed via their ZOHO accounts, which allow easy tracking and management of employees’ everyday activities.
Fun & Fellowship
Additionally, to foster a supportive and collaborative workplace, we frequently organize events such as Gully Cricket, sports tournaments, festive celebrations, and annual international trips to bring employees together. These precious times build strong connections and lasting memories to recall. Further, it creates a sense of brotherhood among folks with them recognizing each other’s contributions, skills, and strengths.
